Typically, from the time STEEL receives your order, it will take approximately two (2) to eight (8) weeks to ship your order to you.
Products meeting certain requirements will be fully insured while in transit, from the time it is shipped to the time you receive and sign for it.
International shipping is available on most products, subject to CITES treaties, destination customs laws, and other applicable law. Shipping time for particular destinations will vary depending upon importation and inspection processes and other requirements, and so time between purchase and delivery may vary greatly.
Given the custom nature of the product, STEEL Sculptures are not eligible for returns.
